Mr. Bistritzky has experience handling many aspects of litigation and transactional work. He draws on this experience to offer clients hands-on representation regarding a variety of matters, from pre-suit disputes, through all phases of litigation, including trials, judgment enforcement and settlements, as well as arbitrating and mediating disputes.

In addition to his experience in civil litigation, Mr. Bistritzky offers client consultation regarding real estate matters, contracts and disputes, non-compete issues, trust and estates, partnership agreements, and general business issues. Devoted to making complex problems simple, his priority is guiding clients through each specific problem and resolving disputes that do arise, effectively and meticulously.

 

Representative Experience

  • Mr. Bistritzky’s representative experience includes serving as counsel for New York landowners in a civil action seeking back rent, arrears, use and occupancy amounts, among other damages due, as well as serving as counsel for small Florida businesses in several civil actions .

  • Mr. Bistritzky is also counsel for a client in Florida seeking to enforce a monetary judgment in a civil action for breach of contract and fraudulent misrepresentation.

  • Mr. Bistritzky has previously been counsel to a client facing the enforcement of an international judgment in Florida, and is also involved in several collections lawsuits for other clients.

  • He advises individual clients on family law and divorce issues, including contested divorces and paternity proceedings. Mr. Bistritzky also advises clients on residential sales contracts and closing issues, complex trusts and estates problems and also provides consultation for small businesses on contracts, asset sales, non-compete issues and general risk management.

  • In addition, Mr. Bistritzky’s background also consists of managing complex legal research and writing projects for clients engaged in commercial litigation or international arbitration.
